JOB DESCRIPTION :
The IT Assistant is a support role, performing in-house and remote troubleshooting and deploying as a field resource as needed.
The IT Assistant will create high quality, professional customer service. Understanding and anticipating needs within the I.
T environment is paramount.
REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS :
- Bachelor’s Degree
- California Driver’s license and be insurable
- A+ Certification (901 / 902 series or later)
- Experience managing Microsoft Office & Office 365
- 2-3 Years of experience in IT Helpdesk
- Experience supporting Microsoft Exchange and Outlook environments
- Experience supporting remote access over broadband and Splashtop
- Experience deploying and managing Wireless Access Points
- Experience in managing and supporting audio / visual equipment
- Experience managing Windows 7 & Windows 8(.1), iOS, and Mac OS X (Bootcamped environment)
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Hands-on Helpdesk and Desktop support
- Provide Top Shelf customer service to all internal clients
- Coordinate efforts with 3rd party IT resources for local support outside Los Angeles
- Provide technical expertise and assistance for future IT projects
- Responsible for continuous Customer Service Improvement Planning
- Assist Director and Helpdesk Manager with various duties and projects
- Occasional travel required to dealerships (Beverly Hills, Westlake Village, San Diego)
- Deploy and configure desktop computers, laptops and cell phones
- Manage and support all audio / visual equipment
- Maintain a high level of professional personal appearance and conduct
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned by corporate management
