Position Overview : We are looking for a skilled General Liability Attorney with a minimum of 4 years of experience to handle a diverse caseload related to general liability matters.

Defense work experience is highly desirable but not necessary. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, some litigation experience, and the ability to manage complex legal issues effectively.

Key Responsibilities :

• Represent clients in general liability cases, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, and commercial disputes.
• Develop and execute legal strategies to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support case preparation and litigation.
• Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements.
• Provide expert legal advice and counsel to clients and collaborate with other legal professionals as needed.
• Manage case files efficiently, ensuring timely and accurate documentation and compliance with deadlines.
• Attend court hearings, depositions, and trials, and present cases effectively.

Qualifications :

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the State Bar of Florida and in good standing.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in general liability, personal injury, property damage, or commercial disputes, defense work preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong understanding of general liability law and litigation procedures.
• Excellent research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
• Proven ability to handle complex legal issues and manage multiple cases simultaneously.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
