We're looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Marketing Operations Manager to manage the marketing technology stack (MarTech stack). This role is a perfect fit for someone who focuses on leveraging technology to enhance efficiency, automate processes, and ensure flawless execution from start to finish. You'll be the architect of our MarTech stack, streamlining everything.

Key Responsibilities

• MarTech Stack : Take ownership of all our marketing tools, including HubSpot CRM, Google Analytics, and ensure integration with external tools like Make, Luma, Pretix, MailChimp, and more.
• Design, build, and continuously optimize CRM workflows and automation processes to improve efficiency and scale customer engagement.
• Lead on database management, segmentation, and audience targeting to maximize campaign effectiveness.
• Digital Campaigns & Performance Marketing : Plan and execute multi-channel event marketing campaigns, including Google Ads, Meta (Facebook / Instagram) campaigns, SEO initiatives, and cross-channel advertising.
• Implement and optimize tracking and reporting in GA4 to measure event success and provide actionable insights.
• Work closely with the wider business to deliver paid media campaigns, audience insights, email marketing, and digital system optimization.
• Technology & Event Platforms : Manage ticketing systems (e.g., Pretix) and streamline attendee data across all platforms.
• Support the delivery of digital events, event apps, and hybrid / virtual experiences to ensure a seamless participant journey.
• Evaluate and adopt emerging event technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
• Collaboration & Strategic Alignment : Work with internal teams and external partners to deliver website management, app optimization, and digital marketing initiatives in line with business goals.
• Manage key internal and external relationships at a strategic level, ensuring alignment across sales, marketing, content, operations, and technology.
