Gpac is working with a well-respected Ag operation that is looking for a highly motivated individual to fill the role of Shop Mechanic .
Excellent communication skills a must. Preferred applicants will have a minimum of 3 years Ag diesel repair and Farm Operations experience.

Shop Mechanic Responsibilities :
- Repairs ag equipment and diesel engines
- Ensures that shop is equipped with the necessary tools and service equipment is available and maintained in good working order
- Ensure maintenance and repairs on equipment is done timely and accurately
- Assist with Farm Operations including tree planting and spraying
- Class A CDL for trucking and deliveries
Shop Mechanic Requirements :
- High School diploma / GED required (Associates / Bachelor's degree preferred)
- 3+ years Diesel Tech / Mechanic or Heavy Duty Diesel repair setting
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Class A CDL - have or able to obtain
