Position Overview
Navistar’s Service Solutions group has an exciting opportunity for an Inventory Planning Analyst. The Inventory Planner will be accountable for maintaining a steady supply of aftermarket parts throughout our parts distribution network.
In this position, you will work with a variety of suppliers, Product Teams, Distribution, and Procurement to stock our shelves with the parts our customers need.
Responsibilities Inventory Planning Manage Purchase orders as needed Place orders, move-in / move-out request dates Meet with suppliers to define shipment plans and monitor Supplier Shipments Balance stock within the network Monitor and address customer back orders and provide updates to current status Assist packagers and Parts Distribution Centers with priorities and exception shipments Minimum Requirements At least 4 years of supply chain, engineering or manufacturing experience OR Bachelor’s degree At least 2 years of supply chain, engineering or manufacturing experience OR Master’s degree Additional Requirements Qualified candidates, excluding current Navistar employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States.
