About Our Facility :
Here at Elizabethtown Healthcare and Rehab our residents are the most important part of our facility. We strive to give the best care! We have a 45 bed facility with a mix of Long Term and Short Term Rehab Residents.
We are currently under new management and seeking employees to join our team and care for our dear residents.
Job Description :
- Provide Over the Top Care
- Work as a Team to Accomplish Resident Goals
- Assist Resident's with ADL's (Showering, Toileting, Feeding, Transferring, etc.)
- Follow Facility, DOH, and HIPAA Regulations, Laws, and Policies
- Communicate Changes in Resident condition to Charge Nurse
- Attend Monthly Education Meetings

- Every Other Weekend
- Every other Holiday

Job Requirements :
