Farnsworth Group is seeking a Desktop Support Technician (onsite) in our Phoenix, AZ, office.

Job Activities :

• Resolve helpdesk tickets for hardware and software issues
• Assist staff with day-to-day IT issues
• Provide employees with IT Orientation
• Configure and image laptops utilizing System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) and InTune
• Assist with various IT projects as assigned

Specific Requirements include :

• High School Diploma required, Associates Degree in IT or related field preferred
• 3-6 years applicable IT experience
• Ability to work self-sufficiently as part of a company-wide distributed team
• CompTIA A+ Certification preferred
