SITE SAFETY COORDINATOR

Job Summary : Looking for a Project Site Safety Professional that will be responsible for overseeing and implementing safety protocols on a construction Data Center job site.

This role ensures compliance with all safety regulations and promotes a culture of safety among all site personnel.

Key Responsibilities :

Safety Management : Develop, implement, and maintain safety programs and policies to ensure a safe working environment.

Compliance : Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal safety regulations and standards.

Training : Conduct safety training sessions for all site personnel, including new employee orientations and regular safety meetings.

Inspections : Perform regular site inspections to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.

Incident Investigation : Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses to determine root causes and recommend preventive measures.

Documentation : Maintain accurate records of safety inspections, incidents, and training sessions.

Emergency Response : Develop and implement emergency response plans and conduct drills to ensure preparedness.

Collaboration : Work closely with project managers, supervisors, and workers to promote a culture of safety and address any safety concerns.

Reporting : Prepare and submit safety reports to management and regulatory agencies as required.
