Works under the supervision of the Facilities Manager,Shift Supervisor or lead engineer. Makes needed repairs to maintain theproperty operation and responds to all guest complaints promptly andefficiently to avoid guest inconvenience or discomfort.
Becomes thoroughlyfamiliar with all phases of operation and maintenance necessary to operate andrepair all water heaters, pumps and plumbing.
Performs all repairs,maintenance, and replacement of parts for preventative maintenance schedule toensure that equipment longevity, and accurately record all pertinent data.
Continuallyassess the preventative maintenance schedule to ensure that equipmentlongevity, avoidance of repairs and down time, ease of operation, andefficiency are all being maximized pursuant to manufacturers s familiar with all Local, State, and NEC and standard as they ls new equipment and systems as directed.
Performs weekly, monthly,semi-annual, and annual preventative maintenance on equipment. Assumesresponsibility for training lesser-trained personnel in the building’selectrical equipment and systems.
Maintains tools and maintenance s that all established rules, regulations, policies and procedures arestrictly adhered to.
Performs all other duties that may be assigned by theFacilities Manager or other authorized supervisors. Develops a positive working relationshipswith internal guests through open communication and timely and accurate jobcompletion.
Minimal absenteeism / tardiness.
SECONDARY JOB FUNCTIONS :
Interacts with outsidecontractors and vendors as required. Formulates Bill of Materials to accomplishtasks. Systematically prepares to assume job assignments ensuring necessaryequipment, parts, and materials are available and tasks can be accomplishedefficiently and safely.

QUALIFICATIONS : Education :
Education :
Completion and proof of technical training (QE-QualifiedEmployee), basic plumbing knowledge, boiler operator license, Level 3 or 4, orequivalent experience, basic electricity.
Experience :
Field experience 2 years, Commercial experience 1 ½ years. Work experience on low voltage systems. Field experience in repair of kitchenequipment.
Abilities :
Basic computer literacy withability to input and gather data.
Ability to work in allclimates and conditions including confined and dusty areas.
Ability to read and interpretblueprints, schematic drawings, and technical specifications.
Able to lift 75 lbs.
Good hand / eye coordinationand manual dexterity.
Communicates effectively withtwo-way radio.
Possess a valid Nevada driver's license.

Qualifications :
Minimum 5 years Commercial Painting Experience
Ability to mix & match paint, stain, varnish, etc. Experience with all aspects of prep work. Ability to work in all weather conditions.
Ability to work in all height conditions.
