We are seeking a Product Content Writer who can help us shape the narrative of our innovative trading products-you thrive on understanding technical software products and find excitement in the fast-paced world of financial markets, and preferably futures trading.

You will play a vital role in enhancing user engagement and the customer understanding of our futures trading platform by developing clear, compelling content.

Your work will empower our traders to fully engage with our cutting-edge tools and services.

You are : A collaborative, data-driven content expert with strong ideation skills, story-centric thinking, and a passion for creating delightful user experiences through effective written communicationA bridge builder who excels at connecting the dots between design, data, client feedback, user needs, business goals, product strategy and engineeringLocal to Chicago and open to a hybrid Tue-Thu in-office schedule in our innovative, energetic, team environment.What you'll do :

Use writing and content design skills to create, edit, and maintain UI text that assists with customer navigation through the user journeyDevelop comprehensive content for on-boarding, promotional materials, instructional documentation, including user guides, FAQs, and in-app help content-essentially all written content for the product user experienceCollaborate with designers, researchers, legal, marketing, product managers, and engineers-Influence and adapt to stakeholders and their feedback to translate technical details into understandable content for tradersWork with marketing to ensure consistent tone, branding, and messaging across all product communications-partnering on content strategies and guidelinesContinuously refine and optimize content based on user feedback, performance metrics, and industry and competitive trends-be an expert in user needs, goals, and behaviorsBe part of a team, organization and culture that operates in a product-driven, agile method, with a focus on research and client-feedbackWhat we look for :

3+ years of experience writing content for software products, preferably in fintech or a related industryA robust portfolio, demonstrating a range of styles across multichannel products, with well-honed writing skills and a keen eye for detailBachelor's degree in English, Communications, Journalism, Technical Writing, or a related fieldStrong understanding of futures trading, financial markets, or investment platformsProven ability to distill complex technical concepts into easy-to-understand contentFamiliarity with UX principles and user-centered content strategies is a plusKnowledge of SEO best practices and how to apply them to product contentAdaptable, empathetic and solution-orientedStrong leader and collaborator-can confidently work with and clearly communicate with leads, directors, and aboveSelf-starter : ability to effectively manage workloads and technical requirements to meet deliverables within agreed timeframesOur Core Benefits Include :
