Are you a sourcing professional that can develop and drive sourcing strategies for key categories and commodities? As Sr.

Supply Chain Analyst, you are responsible for all aspects of implementing solutions in our Supply Chain process areas for our industry-leading Hot Spring® Spas, Caldera® Spas, Endless Pools®, Freeflow Spas®, and Fantasy Spas®.

Can you drive end-to-end solutions for Logistics, Purchasing, Inventory Management, Customs Brokerage, Network Design, and Production and Demand Planning?

Are you a Project Program Manager? In this role, you will assist with the development of Supply Chain programs and project plans to define milestones, success criteria, resource allocation and complete activities necessary to be successful across multiple projects.

We’ll expect you to Coordinate cross-functionally to ensure that all supply chain commitments are met, and that appropriate mitigation plans are developed and executed to address any programmatic risks.

Are you an outstanding Data Analyst? You will gather and analyze data to solve highly complex business problems, evaluating multiple operating models to predict and plan for future outcomes and support decision making.

You will create and monitor reports to identify trends, issues and opportunities using PowerBI, Jet Reports, and other data analytical software.

You will lead the supply chain team in process / data analysis and reporting.

Can you lead our RFP and Sourcing efforts? You will conduct provider selection and source selections in a competitive environment for Supply Chain functions.

You will strategically source new providers for areas of opportunity and use competitive and benchmarked sourcing approaches to review, analyze, and negotiate contracts and proposals presented by multiple providers.

Can you drive Network Design? You will apply complex analytical and quantitative methods to continuously assess the current state of the Customer Service and Logistics capacity, using Llamasoft software or other network design software.

You will recommend solutions to business problems based on analyzing large data models, data mining, demonstrating optimization tools, machine learning techniques, and statistics.

Are you versed in Procurement? You will plan requirements, identify risks, manage schedules, and communicate clearly with project team members.

Analyze MRP reports and take appropriate action. Create purchase requisitions to achieve the production plan and to meet customers’ requested shipment and delivery date.

WHAT YOU BRING

• Minimum of 5 years of combined work experience in functional areas of supply Chain and Operations.
• Bachelor's degree (B. A. or B.S.) in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field from a four-year college or university.

Master's degree or MBA in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or Operations. Proficient user in MS Office Suite, Visio, and Projects.

Must be able to prepare reports, worksheets, charts, schedules, procedures, and other data as necessary.

• Knowledge of and familiarity of working within ERP systems, particularly Tier 1 systems, required.
• APICS CSCP, CLTD, or CPIM certification preferred but not required.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with and present to all levels within the organization, including a group of co-workers, supervisors, managers, or higher-level executives.
• Ability to work well independently with minimal supervision, as well as within a strong team environment.
