Brakeman’s Smashed Burger Bar is excited to begin selecting the team for our Grand ReOpening! We are seeking talented and hardworking FOH Team to create an amazing experience guests will return again and again for!
Brakeman’s Front of House team in a fast manner for quick service of Brakeman’s Guests. Fast team work, friendly vibes and recipe accuracy are crucial in this operation to make an impact with Colorado Springs Guests and keep them coming back.

Job duties include following recipes to the bar’s specifications, maintaining a high standard of cleanliness in all spaces and amazing guest service that anticipates needs.
Must have organizational skills, ability to follow instructions, attention to detail, and ability to function very well under pressure.
We are a high volume space, so excellent teamwork is a must.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Greet and accommodate guests in a timely and hospitable manner. Attempt to enhance guest’s experience with acts of service.
- Prepare a variety of beverages and offerings according to established recipes and standards which are presented in an attractive and appetizing manner
- Follow food safety and sanitation procedures to ensure the safety and quality of our food and beverage
- Assist in the execution of food and beverage delivery and expediting of tickets from outside expo
- Communicate effectively with other members of the team to ensure that orders are completed quickly and guests are satisfied
- Clean and maintain bar and dining equipment and utensils, as well as the work area, to ensure a safe and hygienic environment
- Continuously seek feedback and ways to improve our dishes, processes, and customer experience
Qualifications :
- A passion for food and a desire to learn and grow in the culinary industry
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Knowledge of seving techniques, bar equipment, and food safety and sanitation standards
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
