Job Title : Commercial HVAC Service Technician

Overview :

Responsibilities :
- Perform installations, servicing, repairs, startups, and commissioning of diverse HVAC systems, including but not limited to chillers, boilers, VRFs, and large tonnage units.
- Expertly diagnose and resolve intricate HVAC system issues, ensuring optimal performance.
- Provide exceptional customer service, maintaining clear and proactive communication with clients.
- Adhere to all safety standards and protocols, contributing to a safe and efficient work environment.
- Maintain detailed records of service activities, ensuring thorough documentation of all tasks.
Requirements :
- Must be local to Las Vegas, NV, or willing to relocate, with a stable work history in the area.
- Required EPA Universal Certification.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean record and reliable transportation.
- Proven experience in servicing and repairing large-scale commercial HVAC systems.
- Strong ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team, showcasing excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skill Sets :
- Factory-level training and certifications from HVAC system manufacturers.
- Prior experience working on large commercial projects, such as hotels, casinos, schools, and healthcare facilities.
- Comprehensive understanding of current HVAC technologies and industry standards.
