The Opportunity

We're seeking a hands-on, results-driven Operations Manager to oversee our busy San Francisco Bay Area operation. Based in Burlingame, CA, you'll lead transportation services across SFO, OAK, and SJC. This is a 24 / 7 / 365 operationno two days are alike. The right candidate thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and loves being in the field with their team as much as analyzing performance data.

What You'll Do

• Lead & Motivate : Directly manage 8590 drivers across multiple airports, creating a collaborative, high-performance culture.
• Drive Operational Excellence : Ensure seamless, safe, on-time crew transportation. Solve issues quickly while upholding SkyHop's high service standards.
• Engage & Develop Drivers : Provide hands-on support with scheduling, coaching, and performance management to boost service quality and morale.
• Champion Safety & Compliance : Enforce DOT regulations and company safety protocols. Conduct regular inspections and audits of vehicles and drivers.
• Be the Airline Partner's Go-To : Serve as the primary contact for airline clients, proactively addressing concerns and ensuring exceptional service delivery.
• Analyze & Report : Review key metrics to identify trends, improve operations, and communicate performance to senior leadership.
