Key Responsibilities
Lead and develop a team, ensuring alignment with marketing and sales goals
Design and execute demand generation strategies across various channels to maximize lead quality and ROI
Utilize data analytics to measure program effectiveness and optimize lead generation efforts
Required Qualifications
8+ years of B2B enterprise software experience in growth marketing or demand generation
Proven ability to manage and mentor direct reports in a fast-paced environment
Experience with funnel metrics and success in achieving pipeline goals
Proficiency in core MarTech platforms such as Salesforce.com and Marketo
Familiarity with Business Intelligence tools and experience marketing to Procurement, Finance, IT, or Supply Chain personas is preferred
