We are dedicated to enhancing the lives of pets and their owners through exceptional products. As we scale our e-commerce operations, we are looking for a dynamic and analytical E-Commerce Growth Marketing Director to join our marketing team.
Reporting to the VP of Marketing, you will play a key role in shaping and executing our online retail strategy across major platforms like Amazon and Chewy, as well as our direct-to-consumer website.
Position Summary
We are looking for an e-commerce marketing guru with substantial experience in managing online retail media platforms. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of e-commerce performance, data analysis, and optimization strategies to drive sales and enhance our online presence.
Experience with Amazon Ads is strongly preferred, but relevant hands-on experience structuring paid media ads with other digital platforms will also be considered.

Key Responsibilities
Channel Management & Optimization : Manage and hold agency partners accountable for performance on Amazon, Chewy, and potentially new online retailers.
Oversee DSP and Sponsored Ads campaigns. Optimize product listings, pricing strategies, and promotional campaigns to maximize sales and profitability.
Performance Measurement & Data Analysis : Measure key KPIs such as ROAS, spend, and conversion rates. Maintain and enhance reporting dashboards to provide actionable insights.
Analyze sales data, customer behavior, and market trends across online retail platforms to drive growth and optimization.
Cross-Functional Collaboration : Collaborate with brand marketing, sales, and product teams to develop and execute strategies that drive traffic, conversion, and revenue across online retail and owned channels.
Strategic Oversight : Oversee various functions including paid media (Google, Meta, TikTok), website conversion rate optimization (CRO) and landing page strategy, and email & SMS campaigns, Stay current with industry best practices, emerging technologies, and platform updates to maintain a competitive edge.
Strategic & Operational Leadership : Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive e-commerce growth strategies.
Conduct competitive analysis to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities in the online retail marketplace.
Requirements
Skills : Minimum of 5-7 years of deep experience with e-commerce retail media network platforms, including Amazon and Chewy.
Exposure to other platforms such as eBay, Walmart Marketplace, etc., is a plus. Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, Metabase, or Northbeam.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and derive actionable insights. Experience with digital strategies including SEO, SEM, paid social, and website CRO a plus Qualities : Strategic : Ability to think strategically and holistically across retail online channels and owned DTC channels.
Detail-Oriented : Comfortable diving into operational details to drive improvement. Proactive : Passion for driving continuous improvement and cares deeply about delivering results.
Communicative : Excellent communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment. Collaborative : Demonstrates adaptability and kindness in interactions with team members and stakeholders.
