The Market Research Manager works under the direction of a Market Research Director, works closely with our Business Unit Directors and our other departments (fieldwork, data processing and Advanced Statistics) to carry out our market research projects.
The ideal candidate will have significant mastery / understanding of both quantitative and qualitative market research processes, including research instrument design, fielding coordination, analysis planning and report production.
This individual must possess great project and client management skills.
Main missions :
- Liaise and partner with A plus A peers for a successful execution of quantitative and qualitative market research studies
- Collaborative work with European teams based in France
- Manage your own project autonomously :
- Manage quantitative and qualitative studies from design to presentation of results
- Participate in project initiation and steward project through completion
- Work with the Business Unit Directors to develop research design including questionnaires for quantitative studies, and screener and discussion guides for qualitative studies
- Liaise with the fieldwork department to ensure smooth progress of fieldwork in all markets
- Liaise with other internal departments (programming, statistics, fieldwork teams) to ensure successful execution of research projects
- Analyze results and deliver reports to A plus A ’s senior research executives and clients
A successful candidate will have :
- Bachelor’s Degree (required), Master’s Degree (preferred)
- 4 years + market research project management experience (market research agency side)
- Experience in directly managing multi market and quantitative and qualitative research studies
- Proven project management, time management and organizational skills
- Working proficiency in MS PowerPoint (e.g., charting and designing graphics) and Excel advanced (pivot table data base).
Knowledge of Power BI would be appreciated.
- Experienced in various quantitative research methodologies, including ATUs, market segmentation, choice modeling, etc.
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong communication skills and analytical mind
- Strong business acumen and professionalism
- Preference given to candidates with experience in healthcare

This position is a full-time remote assignment.
