Key ResponsibilitiesMentor and provide oversight to offshore RCM team membersHandle escalated phone calls and resolve complex insurance payer disputesIdentify trends in billing inaccuracies and develop process improvementsRequired Qualifications, Training, and EducationHigh School Diploma required;
Associate degree preferredThree (3) years of related work experience in healthcare administrative, financial, or customer service rolesTwo (2) years of exact job experience in HME, Diabetic, or home medical supplies preferredExperience in a Medicare-certified HME, IV, or HH environment is preferredProficient in Microsoft Office and able to learn new technologies
