54 hours accrued for every 40 hours worked. Accrual rate increases based on tenure. Sick Leave : 1 hour earned for every 30 hours worked.

40 hour max Holidays : 8 paid holidays (eligible for Full Time positions only) Health, Vision and Dental Insurances and other ancillary benefit plans 401(K) Bonus : All dental practice employees are eligible for monthly bonus opportunities based on the practice's achievement of key performance goals, including net production, net collection, and office visit targets.
