ROLE DESCRIPTION : Ken Magaro - State Farm Agent is seeking an organized and efficient specialist to fulfill administrative duties and support insurance agents in gaining and keeping customers.
As Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member with our agency, your attention to detail, dedication to client relations, and sales-mindedness equip you for this versatile position.

RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions and billing clarification.
- Use exemplary communication to efficiently meet the needs of customers while promoting the development of our business.
QUALIFICATIONS :
- Able to learn computer functions
- Pride in getting work done accurately and timely
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to multi-task
- Able to obtain Property and Casualty License
- Bilingual - Spanish preferred

- Our office is located in Wellington, Fl In the Trader Joe's Plaza behind PDQ.
- We currently have 6 team members at our agency.
- We have 45 years of combined insurance experience in our office.
- Our agency has received awards including : Ambassador Travel, Legion of Honor, National Quality Award, Silver Scroll, and Bronze Tablet
