Responsibilities
Client Engagement : Interact with clients in-person to assess their insurance requirements and provide personalized recommendations.
Sales Presentations : Conduct informative presentations on insurance products and services to prospects and clients.
Policy Development : Customize insurance plans to meet the unique needs of each client and ensure comprehensive coverage.
Client Retention : Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage ongoing business and referrals.
Data Management : Keep accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and policy details using our internal systems.
Requirements
Licensing : Possess or be willing to obtain the required insurance licenses in Washington state.
Experience : Prior experience in insurance sales or related fields is beneficial.
Communication Skills : Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
Client-Focused : Dedication to meeting client needs and fostering long-term relationships.
Team Player : Ability to collaborate with team members effectively to achieve common goals.
Detail-Oriented : Attentive to details to ensure accurate policy management and client service.
