Internal Fleet Maintenance
- Monitors all events related to fleet aircraft.
- Conducts hands-on maintenance at the direction of the Maintenance Manager.
- Manages and prioritizes work to ensure maximum fleet uptime while keeping maintenance quality as the #1 priority.
- Identifies event discrepancies and provides appropriate options.
- Handles all billing and FAA-required logbook entries in real time.
- Maintains relevant references and tools required to conduct maintenance.
Company Internal
- Strong teamwork skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving capabilities. Demonstrated abilities in planning, prioritizing, and managing multiple projects.
- Ability to shift priorities and meet deadlines while maintaining a professional demeanor within a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
Job Requirements :
- 5 years in the aircraft maintenance field preferred
- A passion for aviation, quality, and safety
- Working knowledge of Federal Aviation Regulations
- Ability to understand and interpret aircraft technical data
- Effective communication in English (both orally and written)
- Ability to successfully work with others as part of a team to achieve established goals.
- Ability to have an early workday
- Ability to pass a drug test
Licenses / Certification :
- Valid and current Airframe and Power plant (A&P) Certificate optional
- Valid Driver’s License
- Ability to work in the US
Salary Range :
$20 - $35 per hour based on experience and qualifications
