Hunton Services, a division of Hunton Group in Houston, TX, is seeking a motivated and solutions-oriented Project Manager for our Special Projects division. This individual will manage all aspects of the project lifecycle for HVAC Mechanical projects for our Industrial Customers. Selected individuals will have direct responsibility for the administration, implementation, and management of projects while being accountable for the assigned projects' scope of industrial work, schedule, and budget. The ideal candidate must possess a strong understanding of various field concepts, practices, and procedures related to HVAC Mechanical systems and industrial cooling applications.

Responsibilities :

• Coordinate internal teams and third-party vendors to ensure effective collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget parameters.
• Conduct project forecasting to proactively manage costs and identify potential challenges.
• Manage resource availability and allocation to optimize project performance in the industrial sector.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, tracking progress and addressing any delays.
• Oversee changes in project scope, timelines, and budgets, ensuring proper documentation and alignment.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and project teams.
• Proactively manage project risks to minimize potential impacts on timelines and budgets.
• Establish and maintain productive partnerships with external vendors and subcontractors.
• Prepare comprehensive project close-out documentation, including warranty letters and final reports.
• Utilize project management tools, such as spreadsheets and software, to track project progress and document requirements.
• Foster strong working relationships with field personnel, ensuring open and effective communication.
• Assume additional duties and responsibilities as necessary to support project success.
