TGRC partnered with a leading renewables business in the search for a Quality Manager for their 2GW PERC Solar Cell manufacturing plant in South Carolina.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of product quality within the dynamic field of solar energy.
Responsibilities :
As a Quality Manager, you will be at the forefront of product quality assurance, overseeing the 2GW PERC Solar Cell manufacturing plant's IPQC / FQC / OQC processes.
Your key responsibilities include :
Planning and executing work to ensure compliance with quality requirements
Guiding the development of quality control plans and inspection standards
Conducting statistical analysis on product quality trends
Leading internal and external quality improvement projects
Building and managing a high-performing quality team
Qualifications :
To succeed in this role, you should possess :
Bachelor's degree or above
Five or more years of experience in manufacturing quality
Over three years of experience in quality management in the photovoltaic industry
Familiarity with solar cell production testing, incoming material quality, process quality, and shipment quality control
Proficiency in QC seven techniques, SPC, and other quality tools and methods
Familiarity with commonly used office software and quality statistics software
Fluency in both Chinese and English
