The Regional Sales Manager will be supporting Franchise Owners as they transition from Pre-Sale to our sustainable business model as an open studio.

The RSM will be responsible for insuring each YogaSix location meets membership and revenue goals. Learn more about the YogaSix brand here : www.yogasix.com

Responsibilities :

Guide Franchisees and their new studios through the pre-sale marketing plan

Help new studios hit sales targets from pre-sale to two months post opening

Provide on-site sales training for Sales Representatives and General Managers

Review club operations with the GM and the Franchise Owner

Host one-on-one calls and webinars with staff

Coach studios on customer service best-practices

Advise on Grand Opening plans, community outreach and other business needs

Requirements :

Multi-unit sales experience required, preferably fitness sales

Pre-sale or start up experience preferred

Fitness franchise experience highly preferred

Experience with grassroots marketing

Experience with ClubReady, MindBody or other gym POS & CRMs

Availability to travel up to 50% of the time
