Regional FMR Manager
Job Description :
As a Regional FMR Manager, you will be assigned to a territory of small business owners, restaurants, hotels, hospitals, schools, and other institutions in the areas surrounding the warehouses and be responsible for in field sales calls to develop new accounts.
Additionally, effective supervision, guidance, and motivation of other field marketing representatives.
Responsibilities :
- Execute a highly disciplined and metric-driven sales process.
- Provide accurate sales forecast and activity metrics
- Respond to telephone inquiries, remotely and in real time where possible, and conduct walk-in and scheduled visits with prospective clients.
- Recruit, interview, hire & train exceptional specialty marketing representatives
- Work with all departments to support the sales effort through coaching and training and any other duties as assigned.
Qualifications :
- Seven plus years of sales experience (food service industry preferred) proven track record of sales achievements in a regional or national organization.
- Desire to provide the highest level of customer service by addressing customer concerns and identifying customer needs / wants.
You must be enthusiastic, self-driven, have strong presentation and relationship building skills
- Have excellent communication skills (interpersonal, verbal and written)
- Ability to manage time efficiently. Excellent attention to details and follow up skills
Strong knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
- Any previous experience in a supermarket, club warehouse, big box or mass merchandising environment is a plus.
- Valid driver's license
- Have own vehicle
