Litigation Paralegal In-Office Position (10+ Years of Experience)
We are seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal with 10+ years of experience to join our dynamic legal team. This in-office role offers the opportunity to work closely with seasoned attorneys on complex and high-profile cases.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in personal injury or commercial litigation (other area of law will be considered as long as you have litigation knowledge) , with exceptional organizational, writing, and case management skills.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist attorneys with all phases of litigation, from initial case assessment through trial and appeal
- Manage case files, including document review, organizing evidence, and drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery responses
- Coordinate and schedule depositions, hearings, and trials
- Perform thorough legal research and assist in preparing legal memoranda
- Maintain client communication and support attorneys with client interviews and correspondence
- Prepare trial exhibits, witness lists, and trial binders
Qualifications :
- Minimum of 10 years of litigation experience , preferably in personal injury or commercial litigation (other areas of law may be considered)
- Strong knowledge of court rules, procedures, and e-filing systems
- Excellent research, writing, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in legal research platforms and litigation support software
