About Us :
We are seeking a motivated, dedicated, and compassionate individual to serve as a Senior Clinical Interviewer (SCI) on our research study team.
The SCI will work collaboratively with our team of investigators on a research project focused on supporting individuals with kidney disease and helping them navigate the kidney transplant evaluation process.
As a critical member of the research and healthcare team, the SCI will serve as an important liaison between the community and healthcare providers for individuals with kidney disease.
The SCI will assist patients with overcoming challenges, encourage self-advocacy, and motivate patients to remain engaged in their clinical care.
Additionally, the SCI will help patients identify and navigate clinical and community resources, such as resources for food (e.
g. Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP), WIC, food pantries); resolving housing quality issues (e.g., lack of heat / hot water, mold and pests);
finding and applying for affordable housing; preventing utility shut offs and evictions; and connecting with other members of the healthcare team or healthcare services.
