Compensation : $21 per hour

Responsibilities :

• Evaluate and regularly report on guest satisfaction and advise on improvements
• Create and maintain staff operation schedules
• Train and supervise food and beverage staff to ensure high levels of performance and hire new team members
• Oversee all food and beverage department operations : staff supervision, schedule, customer satisfaction, budget, and menu development
• Assure product, supplies, and labor costs are sustained and tracked for accuracy
• Responsible for the oversight of FOH team. Assign tasks, maintain checklists for brand standards and provide excellent guest-focused service when necessary
• Maintain open-door policy and communicate with associates
• Plan, maintain, and execute the FOH function of the outlets to meet the daily needs of the operation
• Oversee the craft cocktail program
• Supervise and assist in in-room dining program
• Ensure all outlets are in compliance with corporate and brand standards
• Champion guest service focus in all outlets
• Abide by all State, Federal and Corporate requirements pertaining to food safety and the serving of alcoholic beverages
• Abide by all attendance guidelines and standards
• Perform any other job duties assigned by management

Qualifications :

• Exhibits strong leadership and customer service skills
• Hospitality customer relationship management experience a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent, associate degree in hospitality management preferred
• Food handling license
• Understanding of national food and health safety regulations
• Strong Beverage Focus, Knowledge of spirits, wines including craft beer, wine
• Strong Food Focus to include wine pairings
• Prior hotel or similar environment food and beverage experience
• Supervisory experience required
• Strong communication skills and team player
• AM / PM and weekend availability
