Excellent contract opportunities available immediately! Premier Staffing Solution is currently hiring reliable and motivated individuals to join our production team at one of our top tier clients in Sterling Heights, MI.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for various tasks, including production assembly, operating forklifts, and general warehouse duties.
This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities : -Assemble products according to specifications and quality standards.-Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently as required.
- Load and unload shipments and organize products in the warehouse.-Perform inventory checks and maintain accurate records.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe work environment.-Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.-Support additional warehouse tasks as needed.Requirements : -1+ yrs.
of previous experience in production, assembly, and warehouse roles required.-Forklift experience preferred, must provide proof of certification.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.-Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs.) and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and quality assurance.-Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
- Basic computer skills for inventory management systems.-Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and overtime as needed.
Preferred Qualifications : -Experience with inventory management systems.-Knowledge of safety regulations in a warehouse setting.
Ability to troubleshoot basic equipment issues.These contract opportunities start immediately and require a flexible work schedule.
