The Rebate Strategy team is looking for a qualified candidate that is highly motivated to focus on modeling the impact to rebates based on formulary changes;
perform complex member disruption analytics and present detailed written findings to the Sales team; create rebate models that enable proactive recommendation to maximize rebates and / or net cost to align with the Client’s objectives and serve as the overall SME for the organization responsible for linking formulary and rebate strategy.
This individual will be a member of the Rebate Bid Operations team and is responsible for working cross functionally with Sales, Sales Operations, Sales Support, Finance, Formulary, Legal and Rebate Operations.

What You Will Get To Do :
- Day to Day formulary rebate consultation and management to support standard and custom formularies
- Create, revise, and apply formulary and rebate models to quantify and inform plan decision making
- Consult with sales and clients to communicate opportunities related to formulary management, rebate management and clinical program offerings
- Partner with internal stakeholders on continued improvement of formulary and rebate processes
- Collaboration with internal partners to ensure timely and accurate decisions
- Embrace change and quickly adapt to new situations, changes in direction, and altering priorities
What You Will Bring :
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work-related experience
- MUST HAVE 3 years of rebate related PBM experience
- Modeling and data analytics experience
- Strong Excel skills
- Formulary management a plus
