In this role, you will be responsible for technical & design planning, developing scopes & schedules, managing & reviewing the designs produced by the team, spending time out of the office building relationships & generating opportunities whilst managing current client satisfaction.
This role would suit a Senior Civil Engineer looking to technically advance and progress their career & lead a team. This person must be open to new challenges and work autonomously on exciting projects covering multiple sectors.
The Position :
- Leading the campaigns for engaging & attracting future clients
- Leading the project from proposal to post-project satisfaction
- Leading a small team of Civil Design staff
- Business development & winning new business
The Person :
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering
- P.E. License
- Experienced with client development
- Local to Grand Junction or open to relocation to Grand Junction, CO
