Dining Room Manager
JOB PURPOSE : The Dining Room Manager is responsible for oversight of all aspects of the food service program; including both the front and back of the house.
Management of menus, staffing, inventory, food handling, preparation / storage, safety, sanitation, and to ensure that residents and guests are consistently offered a superior dining experience.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS :
- 2-4 years of experience required
- Must be able to read, write and understand English.
- Must have basic knowledge of dietetic principles, food sanitation, and food service operation.
- Must be willing to work flexible hours.
- Must be willing to assist at another facility for coverage or help during an emergency; travel will be reimbursed.
