Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
Works directly with Clients via phone.
Provides technical and product support of systems and procedures within Treasury Solutions.
Provides client outreach and support for various migrations or changes impacting client use of Treasury products.
Supports testing of new or enhanced applications and client testing of application upgrades / changes.
Ability to diagnose and resolve more complex user issues and provide user training.
Documents system issues and resolutions and escalates to team lead / manager when necessary.
Adheres to and follows all applicable policies and procedures.
Proactively escalates issues and risks to leadership's attention.
Responsible for general support and delivery of low to moderate level complexity.
Client Transitions Management Team initiatives and projects.
Must Have Skills / Prior Experiences : (Vendor should not submit any candidate that does not have these skills / prior experience.)
Required Qualifications :
Undergraduate degree in related field or equivalent work experience.
6+ years of customer service experience handling in-person level conversations.
5+ years of technical support experience.
Strong organizational and communication skills - both written and verbal.
Demonstrated proficiency in computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software products.
1 : 1 level support experience working directly with Clients (PLEASE NOTE : If online / ticketing system only experience - do not submit).
High proficiency in multi-tasking and flexibility - able to be moved from project to project and get up to speed quickly.
Plus / Nice to Have Skills / Prior Experiences : (Hiring Manager DOES NOT require these skills / prior experience. However candidates with any of these will be looked at first.)
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Technology or Accounting.
Experience in banking, financial services, treasury and / or cash management.
Experience in ACH, Wire, SWIFT and Lockbox banking applications.
