Schedule
Monday-Friday 7 : 30am to 4 : 15pm
Salary
$55,000-$67,500

Competencies and Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition (40-70%; our recruiting season is the busiest December-August)
- Lead both instructional and non-instructional recruitment searches across assigned teams ensuring hiring managers and candidates have a positive and equitable experience
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers by providing excellent talent acquisition guidance and successfully project managing full cycle searches with the goal of closing roles within 3-4 months
- Find ways to increase hiring process efficiency and efficacy at each hiring stage : application review, candidate tracking, and communication, phone interviews, interview scheduling
- Manage the project management of high-volume recruiting in a way that allows for roles to be hired successfully by the necessary start date with a positive hiring manager and candidate experience
- Outreach and cultivation strategy in order to identify a diverse pool of qualified talent for future and current openings
- Maintain accurate candidate data within our Greenhouse applicant tracking system, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
- Regularly collect and analyze data recruitment data to independently and collaboratively make strategic decisions
- Create process documentation, best practices resources, and management training for talent acquisition systems
- Participate in strategic conversations around recruitment efforts in an effort to strengthen FA's outreach and selection process
Talent Acquisition Operations (20%)
- Maintain and iterate FA's talent brand as an employer of choice by managing FA's Linkedin account including Linkedin Recruiter Account, other recruitment channels, and CRM
- Coordinate FA's referral bonus program to ensure we are incentivizing and rewarding referrals
- Monitor the team's use of Greenhouse features (new & old) to suggest and implement changes in our workflow to improve efficiency and data collection
Talent Management (10-40%)
- Support with the research of talent management best practices (promotions, compensation, wellness) to collaborate with the Director of Talent Recruitment on talent management proposals and implementation
- Partner with the Director of Recruitment to draft and edit process documentation and trackers for key talent management processes to be shared with the organization to ensure practices are accessible to all
Qualifications
- Pass the required criminal history background check and provide proof of U.S. citizenship or legal resident alien status.
- Bachelor's degree
- At least 1 year of work experience; experience in education is helpful
- Experience in talent acquisition is a plus
- Experience with Greenhouse Recruiter is a plus
- A focus on continual improvement and innovation
- Strong attention to detail as well as proven organizational and project execution skills
- Ability to build strong working relationships with individuals at all levels across an organization and externally
- Great at data analysis and research

- Semifinalist candidates will be required to provide unofficial transcripts, evidence of certification / eligibility, and 3 professional references.
- Hired candidates are responsible for the following : official transcripts, criminal clearance (fingerprinting), and medical clearance (TB / Mantoux testing).
