CSM Flooring Whitsett, NC CSM Flooring is a well-established and growing, family-owned flooring company. We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Accounting Office Manager to join our team and help us continue to grow and succeed at our location in Whitsett, NC.
As our Accounting Office Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our business office's smooth and efficient operation.
You will oversee various administrative and financial aspects of the business locally, including office logistics, financial transactions and reporting, and interacting with vendors and customers before, during, and after they purchase.
The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and has a strong background in office management (including bookkeeping) and customer relations.

We’ll love that you : · Have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (preferred). · Have proven experience in office management or a similar role.
- Possess strong financial acumen, holding prior experience in monthly reconciliations, maintaining ledger accounts (double entry bookkeeping), and generating financial reports.
- Have high integrity, strong communication, and interpersonal skills. · Have knowledge of the flooring industry (preferred but not required).
- Know how to use the Google suite of products, including Google Docs and Sheets to coordinate across multiple projects.
Are eager to learn and grow! Responsibilities : Office Management : · Ensure the accounting office runs efficiently, with proper scheduling and coordination of tasks.
note that no team member supervisory responsibilities apply in this role · Maintain a clean and organized office environment.
Financial Management : · Oversee financial transactions, including invoicing, payments, and account reconciliation. · Prepare and analyze financial reports to track sales, expenses, and profitability.
- Manage payroll and employee benefits. Customer Service : · Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer complaints and inquiries in a professional and timely manner, escalating to General Manager as appropriate.
Inventory Management : · Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure product availability. · Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to order and replenish stock as needed.
Human Resources : · Support two team members in the business office. Compliance : · Help ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including tax requirements and safety standards.
Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
