We are seeking a dynamic and experienced FCT Program Supervisor to join our team. Joining our teams provides you with the chance to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and families.

The Family Centered Treatment (FCT) Program Supervisor must be a licensed mental health practitioner and will be responsible for overseeing and the implementation of the FCT Program and the quality of services provided to the families we serve.
This role involves providing clinical supervision to FCT Practitioners, ensuring program fidelity and maintaining high standards of services delivery.
Key responsibilities will include supervision of practitioners, adherence to FCT model and maintaining program fidelity, collaboration with the Program Director to develop program goals and strategies, monitor and report on program outcomes, clinical supervision and consultation, building and maintaining relationships with community partners.

Time / Schedule Requirements :
- This position is a full-time position that requires 40 hours of work each week or more.
- Due to the nature of the position, hours of work could include weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Position will require being on-call in the evenings, on weekends, and holidays.
Education / Certification Requirements :
- Minimum of a LMPH or PLMPH in Nebraska or license-eligible in Nebraska
- Masters Degree in clinical counseling
- Minimum of two years experience working with children and families
- Strong understanding of FCT model and evidence-based practices preferred
- Minimum of two years of supervisory or management experience preferred
