Shift : Days

Pay : $33.82 - $50.73 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience

Summary :

Collects, analyzes, and reports on data using information technologies to support clinical processes and departmental / organizational quality initiatives system-wide.

Supports leaders throughout the organization with improvement projects.

Responsibilities :

  • Provides education, communication about potential data / reporting issues. Shares best practice trends in data use, and provides insight into how and where teams can use data to help in day-to-day decision-making.
  • Collaborates on the design, implementation and evaluation of data analysis processes. Determines appropriate metrics, visualizations, format, and delivery methods and timelines to meet data needs.

Defines scope of work, validation requirements, and user acceptance criteria for data requests

  • Creates and delivers automated, recurring, and ad hoc reports and dashboards that provide outcomes and trends on key performance indicators, metrics, and process measures, along with identifying areas of opportunity and action.
  • Tailors presentations to the appropriate technical, detail level, and time limits for multiple audiences.
  • Within scope of job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgement and the ability to work with minimal supervision.

Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and take appropriate action.

Requirements :

  • Associate's degree in related field
  • 3 years of relevant data analysis work. .
