Summary :
- The Sanitation Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and leading sanitation protocols.
- Work with regulatory agencies to ensure compliance with state, federal regulations
- Create and implement standard operating procedures
- Conduct routine inspections on equipment and facility.
Requirements :
- Understand and have knowledge of GMP, SQF audits, FDA, PMO, HACCP, and OSHA requirements.
- 3+ years in management leading large teams.
- At least 3 years of sanitation experience within food and beverage
