The Senior Manager of Business Solutions is a working manager responsible for developing, implementing, and supporting software solution strategies. They

will work with a variety of departments within Clark Pacific to identify software solutions, develop plans of action, implement, and support the solutions to

achieve desired outcomes.

The Senior Manager of Business Solutions is also responsible for managing the relationship with third-party software vendors including overseeing quality,

negotiating pricing terms and ensuring that all parties involved are meeting their obligations.

Responsibilities :

  • Exercise a high level of professionalism and confidentiality when working with staff, projects, and proprietary information.
  • Develop and implement strategic and operational plans for enterprise business solutions to be implemented, extended, or maintained within Clark Pacific
  • Work with employees at all levels to help them improve their work performance and effectiveness through configuration, training, and support of business software solutions.
  • Lead the planning, development, implementation, testing and configuration of software solutions.
  • Lead and manage project teams and business solution analysts.
  • Prepare design, testing, training, and user documentation.
  • Partner with the IT Infrastructure team to understand Clark Pacific’s existing technology and infrastructure to ensure software solutions are optimally deployed.
  • Manage software budget including vendor pricing and license usage.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Education / Experience :

  • 4-year degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or Industrial Engineering; MBA or related advanced degree preferred.
  • 5+ years’ experience in manufacturing or construction industry required.
  • 10+ years’ experience implementing business solutions required.
  • Expertise in one or more of the following : Autodesk Build, Procore, UKG and / or Viewpoint Vista preferred.
  • Expertise in Microsoft 365 platform including setting up Teams / Sharepoint sites, MS Project, PowerBI and Power Flow preferred.
