Job Summary :
The Lot Attendant at Acura of Stamford is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the dealership lot and ensuring the efficient flow of vehicles.
This is a full-time, hourly position in the auto industry, located in Stamford, Connecticut.
This role is an individual contributor, reporting to the Sales Manager.
Compensation & Benefits :
The Lot Attendant position pays $16 to $20 per hour, depending on experience, and is paid biweekly.

Responsibilities :
- Keep the dealership lot clean and organized, including moving vehicles to designated locations
- Ensure the efficient flow of vehicles on the lot, including arranging and detailing new and used vehicles
- Monitor and report any damages or repairs needed for vehicles on the lot
- Assist with managing inventory, including organizing keys and maintaining accurate records
- Support the sales team by retrieving and delivering vehicles to and from the dealership lot
- Assist with customer test drives and provide exceptional customer service
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and safe working environment
Requirements :
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a dealership or similar setting preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50lbs)
