The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience, a valid electrician's license, strong problem-solving skills, and effective communication abilities.

Candidates with a background in the military or law enforcement are highly preferred, and a high level of professionalism and adherence to safety protocols is required.

• Troubleshooting : Diagnose electrical issues, identify faulty components, and implement effective solutions to ensure safe and efficient operation.
• Installation : Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, wiring, circuit breakers, outlets, and other electrical components.
• Preventive Maintenance : Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and ensure the longevity of electrical systems.
• Safety Compliance : Adhere to all safety protocols and electrical codes to ensure a safe working environment for clients and team members.
• Customer Interaction : Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs, provide solutions, and ensure satisfaction.
• Documentation : Maintain accurate records of all work performed, including materials used, time spent, and any follow-up actions required.
• Collaboration : Work collaboratively with other team members, contributing to a supportive and efficient work environment.

The ideal candidate should possess : -Experience : Minimum of 5 years of experience as an electrician, preferably in both residential and commercial settings.

• Licensure : Valid electrician's license.-Skills : Proficient in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals. Strong knowledge of electrical systems, troubleshooting, and repair techniques.
• Tools : Ability to use various hand and power tools related to electrical work.-Problem-Solving : Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Communication : Strong verbal and written communication skills.-Physical Ability : Ability to lift heavy objects, work in confined spaces, and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Reliability : Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.-Veteran or Former Law Enforcement Officer Preferred : Experience in military or law enforcement is highly valued.
• Driver's License : Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.-Professionalism : Must represent All Blue Services LLC in a responsible and professional manner at all times.
