Board Certified Behavior Analyst
Reporting to the Director of Special Services, the BCBA plans, develops and monitors a variety of behavioral support service delivery options to meet the needs of students diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorders, other health impairments and / or other behavioral and social / communication challenges.
Consult with and teach instructional team members regarding pro-active, educational programming, and behavioral supports;
develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans; and collaborate with team members, related service providers, and families as appropriate.
Qualifications :
- Master's or Doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Work, Education, Special Education, or related field
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification preferred
- Minimum experience as determined by the board
- Knowledge of laws and regulations governing special education and current research and developments in behavioral analysis
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Terms of Employment :
- 11 Month position
- Salary commensurate with experience
