AvailableShifts :

• FlexibleScheduling (Set yourown)
• Minimumof 15 hours per week up to 40 depending on theclient
• Pleasenote it may require weekend availability (either Saturday AND / ORSunday)

JobDuties :

• Takingincoming calls fromclients
• Utilizingthe company database to document call information in a paperlessenvironment
• Resolvingproblems and assisting customers withquestions
• Additionalsupport duties asassigned.

Requirements :

• Aminimum of 6 months of customer service experience preferably in acall centerenvironment
• Proficiencywith Windows 10 or11
• Perthe client s request the ability to pass a criminal backgroundinvestigation and a drug screen (whenapplicable)
• Punctualand continuous attendance isMANDATORY.
• Highschool diploma orGED
• Astable workhistory
• Excellentcommunication and listeningskills.
