Key ResponsibilitiesAssigns, supervises, and reviews audit projects while providing feedback and direction to auditorsDevelops and executes audit procedures, ensuring compliance with laws, regulations, and internal policiesEvaluates risks within the internal audit control system and creates action plans to address exposuresRequired QualificationsBachelor's Degree and 4 years of experience in public accounting or bank internal auditing, or a high school diploma with 8 years of experienceRequired designation as a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Certified Bank Auditor (CBA), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), or Certified Public Accountant (CPA)Knowledge of internal and external laws, policies, and procedures regulating Internal Audit actionsKnowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), SEC Rules, and SOX ActPreferred audit experience within financial services and knowledge of commercial lending
