Responsibilities
Job Duties / Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospects and transfer them to Sr. Agent for quotes.
- Assist in completing quotes for Sr. Agent to review with clients.
- Assist Sr. Agents with new business servicing.
- Make outbound calls to assist new clients with documentation.
- Answer inbound calls on an overflow basis.
- Schedule prospects and perform general office duties.
Requirement
Knowledge / Skills / Abilities
- Professional phone etiquette
- Be capable of handling customer rejection
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Insurance experience and licensing is not required but must be willing to learn
- Must work well in team environment
- Authorized to work in the United States (Required)
- Bilingual in Spanish or Vietnamese is preferred
