Celebrations Speech Group is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for an in-person, school-based assignment in San Jose, CA.

This role focuses on elementary school levels (K-5), with a manageable caseload of 45-55 students. Join a welcoming school site and collaborative staff committed to providing high-quality therapy services.

Responsibilities :

  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans for speech and language disorders.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments for accurate diagnosis.
  • Manage IEP processes, including attending and facilitating meetings.
  • Supervise CFY or SLPA as needed.
  • Collaborate with SPED teachers, specialists, and general education staff.
  • Maintain accurate and compliant documentation.
  • Participate in training sessions and provide support to other staff.

Qualifications :

  • Current California SLP License.
  • Master’s Degree in Speech Pathology or Communication Disorders (CFYs encouraged to apply).
  • Experience with IEP writing and case management.
  • Strong knowledge of Special Education laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Compensation :

Competitive salary : $77,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year, commensurate with experience.
