The Position :

As a Veterinary Hospitalist at Summit Veterinary Referral Center, you will work closely with our emergency and critical care department.

Your primary responsibility will involve receiving transfers from emergency veterinarians that necessitate hospitalization.

Patients may be transferred on the same day, the following day, or discharged after your evaluation. Additionally, you will handle minor follow-up appointments categorized as "same-day emergencies" and low acuity emergencies, such as urgent care cases.

Ideal Candidate :

The ideal candidate for this position will have completed an internship or possess a minimum of two years of professional experience as a Veterinarian before applying to Summit Veterinary Referral Center.

Work Schedule :

The schedule for this position predominantly comprises weekends with some weekday needs, on occasion, from 7 : 30 am - 7 : 00 pm.
