We are currently seeking a Maintenance Tech - +-200 Unit Garden Apartment Communities to join our team! You will be responsible for completing work orders, make readies, and other required tasks.
Responsibilities :
- Complete work and repair orders proficiently in a timely fashion
- Complete punches and make readies proficiently and in a timely fashion
- Perform routine preventive maintenance
- Diagnose and perform electrical and plumbing repairs
- Diagnose and perform appliance and HVAC repairs and service
- Maintain material and supply inventory
- Oversee work performed by outside contractors as necessary
- Cooperating with the Property Manager and other Staff Members
Qualifications :
- Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields a must
- Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment a must
- Familiarity or certified for plumbing, electrical and HVAC work a must
- Ability to follow instructions and cooperate with other staff members
- Ability to handle the physical workload
- Must be punctual, meet deadlines and be detail-oriented
