JOB SUMMARY
Deal a procedurally correct, accurate game, while maintaining a good rapport with customers. Create an environment of excitement for guests on dice game to bring back guests for more time on game.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES (Includes, but is not limited to the following.
- Apply skill in dealing individual games, providing prompt, accurate and courteous service to customers in accordance with procedure.
- Practice excellent guest relations
- Greet guests, answer questions and if they are tracked players, make sure they are well serviced.
- Protect the security of the game and hand
- Treat fellow Team Members with respect and courtesy.
- Name tag, ID badge must be worn at all times during shift.
- Verify fills and credits to game.
- Notify floor person of any irregularities in Guest play and transactions during shift.
- Take losing bets and pay winning bets according to established rules and procedures.
- Regular, predictable attendance required.
- Other job related duties as assigned.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILL & ABILITIES
- Excellent communication and guest service skills.
- Ability to perform basic math.
- Understand and comply with all company and departmental rules and regulations, policies and procedures.
- Ability to read, write, and communicate verbally in English.
- Knowledge and ability to deal games.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Previous dealing experience, preferably two years minimum.
- Must be 21 and have Nevada Gaming Registration.
- Must have permit to work in .
